Lisa Bates

In her position as Administrative Assistant, Lisa provides support to the Foundation staff.  Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining and managing the donor database, including receipt, acknowledgement and processing of gift and donor information.  She coordinates all aspects of Foundation meetings and assists with financial reporting.  She also serves as the key resource person for supporting ancillary organizations, including the Starr-Gennett Foundation and the Richmond Rose Garden.

Prior to her service with the Foundation, Lisa worked for the EDC for nine years beginning as the administrative assistant and working her way up to the position of executive assistant.  She has an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting from Ivy Tech Community College.

Lisa has a son, Zach, a baby on the way, and 4 step-children.  She and her husband, Mark, live in Dublin.
