How to Apply for Grants

It may look too good to be true but it is the Foundation’s intent that the grant application procedure be as simple and straight-forward as possible.

To apply for a grant simply follow the steps outlined below:

• First, carefully read the Policy and Procedures Statement (pdf file) to assure that you qualify for a grant from the Foundation and are able to supply the appropriate documentation necessary for a successful grant application.

• Second, download and complete the application cover page. (word/pdf).

• Third, download and complete the Project budget (excel / pdf).

• Fourth, gather your supporting documents as outlined on the application cover page for inclusion in the grant application.

• Fifth, make 4 copies of everything in your grant application and mail that, along with the original to:
